  A small deli like environment, with a well stocked market. Some of the best Persian food ive had the pleasure of eating, great prices, very friendly staff. The food is prepared in a very traditional manor, and the recipes used are reminiscent of those found in my grandmothers own kitchen.

  Lion Market is a no frills Chinese/Asian owned store. When you walk in your overwhelmed with the traditional overpowering "fish smell", which once you get used to it is more than made up for the quality produce at great prices and extensive selection of fish and related seafood items.
  
  This is not an epicurean experience by any sense, but a safe, dependable environment for Asian related food with a lighter selection of traditional items you would expect at your local Safeway.
  
  Service is usually non existent and there are very few English speakers, however it's usually not an issue.
  
  Highly recommended for fish, produce and the price is much more competitive than Safeway/Lucky making this a go to shopping destination.
